Evolution Hockey is currently the only facility in Northern NJ with the Blade skating treadmill, a superior skating performance and developmental tool. Players can perfect their skating stride including crossovers; increase your power, acceleration, and endurance; and improve hand/eye coordination all on this machine. The Blade can go up to speeds of 20 mph and 5 mph in reverse. At Evolution Hockey, we couple the Dartfish video analysis technology with the Blade treadmill. This allows us to breakdown the player’s skating stride frame by frame and improve his skating technique much more effectively. With the Blade treadmill and Dartfish software, our pros have access to the ultimate tools for helping our players develop the best skating techniques.
